New HP DesignJet 4000 poster printer

SCS Computing Facilities is pleased to announce that a new HP DesignJet 4000 poster printer is available for the SCS user community.

The name of the new poster printer is PLATINUM.PRT.CS.CMU.EDU. This new poster printer will have the normal 36 inch wide poster paper loaded by default. It is capable of printing posters that are up to 40 inches wide when the appropriate paper is loaded on to the printer. All poster print requests must go through the SCS Computing Facilities Operations staff.
