Maintenance restart of the MATLAB licensing server

Day/Date: Thursday March 16th, 2006

Time of Event: 9:00PM - 9:300PM

On Thursday March 16th, 2006 SCS Computing Facilities will perform a maintenance restart for the MATLAB licensing server and related products. Most users should not be affected by this restart. There is a possibility that MATLAB processes that are currently running may have difficulty renewing license seats during the maintenance window.

If you have any critical long running experiments that need to be completed during this time, please schedule them around the outage window. If you are unable to schedule around this maintenance window or if you have questions please contact the SCS Help Desk at x8-4231 or send mail to help+@cs.cmu.edu.
