AFS Fileserver Grape Maintenance Scheduled

Day/Date: 19 June 2006

Time: 9:00PM - Midnight.

Services Affected:

AFS User, Project, and Academic volumes on Grape.srv.cs.cmu.edu will be unavailable for periods of time throughout the maintenance period.

Details:

On Monday June 19th, 2006 the AFS fileserver Grape.srv.cs.cmu.edu will be shutdown for maintenance at 9:00 PM, for a necessary software update. Service is expected to return by midnight.

To determine which server your afs directory is located, log in to any facilitized UNIX host and type the command 'fs whereis /afs/path/to/directory' this will inform the user which AFS fileserver hosts that directory.
