SERVICE OUTAGE: Network Outage November 7th, 2005 The following announcement is made by SCS Computing Facilities:
On Monday November 7th, an emergency reboot of one of the two core SCS machine room network switches will occur.
TIME OF EVENT: 1:00 a.m. EDT - 1:30 a.m. EDT
AREAS AFFECTED: All areas of SCS network
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Many services including, but not limited to, AFS, mail, printing, access to the SCS NT domain, and access to some project machines will be affected.
