Jeeves Service Outage

On Thursday, February 24, starting at 6:00 am, SCS Facilities will perform upgrades on the database server used to track user accounts, host registration, asset management, and cost recovery. This outage necessitates a complete shutdown of the database server for a period of one hour.

The upgrade will start at 6 am on Thursday and be completed by 7:00 am.

The JEEVES service will be up during this upgrade but some functions will not be available.
