Service Change: AV Support moves to SCS Computing Facilities

Audio-Visual equipment maintenance and support for SCS conference rooms and classrooms is now being provided by SCS Computing Facilities.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Effective September 1, 2005, Audio Visual equipment support for SCS conference rooms and classrooms has transferred to SCS Computing Facilities. The SCS Computing Facilities Operations Team is providing first-response for all requests to AV-HELP. These services include corrective maintenance and equipment loan requests such as conference phones, portable projectors, and microphones. We will be performing preventative maintenance in these rooms and we are also managing a multi-year replacement cycle for the AV related equipment.
