Anti-spam for scs-all

SCS Facilities has implemented an automated anti-spam filtering mechanism for the scs-all distribution list. While it is not possible for any automated mechanism to be 100% effective in blocking spam, this mechanism is helping significantly.

We continue to monitor the situation closely.
