New web documentation released

The on-line SCS Computing Facilities documentation has been re-done. Among the features of the new site:

• A new look and feel
• Improved navigation
• The content from the old site has been re-organized and updated
• Lots of new content has been added
• A new search engine is being used (not Google, since we wanted a bit more control than using Google would have allowed).

Many heavily-used links from the old site will automatically be redirected to corresponding pages in the new site. Because a large number of outdated pages were not carried over from the old site, and because the site has been completely reorganized, some bookmarks pointing to pages in the old site may no longer work.
