Cisco AnyConnect VPN Software

Legacy VPN software & certificates

As of November, 2010, this software is deprecated. Please use the Cisco Anyconnect VPN software, instead.

VPN installation files:

  • Linux VPN Client 4.8.02.0030
  • MacOS Power PC version 10.4 (Tiger)and above and MacOS Intel
    • MacOS Universal VPN client install kit [DMG file, about 15 MB, Version 4.9], client for the MacOS Tiger Power PC and Intel systems
    • README.SCS containing SCS-specific installation instructions for the MacOS VPN client on both the 10.4 PowerPC and the MacOS Intel systems
  • MacOS versions 10.1 through 10.3
  • Windows-XP/Vista/Windows 7
    • Windows XP/VISTA/Windows-7 VPN client install kit [.exe file, about 13.5 MB, Version 5.0.7.0290]. This file contains the most recent version of the Windows VPN client installation files for XP 32 bit only,VISTA 32 and 64 bit, Windows-7 32 and 64 bit machines.
    • README.SCS This file contains SCS-specific installation instructions.

Windows browser configuration tool:

This tool provides easy browse access (via Network Neighborhood) for Windows domain resources, including the location of SCS domain workstations, servers and printers. Do not run this tool if your NT/2000/XP machine is already a member of the SCS domain.
