Installing Outlook

Installing Outlook for Windows

If you are using a Facilitized computer, Outlook should already be available under the Start menu as part of Microsoft Office.

If Outlook is not available, a Microsoft Office installer is available in the PC_Dist repository on monolith.scs.ad.cs.cmu.edu.

To access the repository, click on the link:

https://monolith.scs.ad.cs.cmu.edu/PC_Dist/microsoft/office/2010sp1/

...and authenticate with your SCS username and SCS Windows domain password, if needed. If you don't have access to this folder, please contact the Help Desk for more information about eligibility.

Download the installer SCS-MSOffice2010-All-14041285000.exe to your computer and open it. The installer will step you through installing Microsoft Office on your computer.

Next Step

You will now need to configure Outlook.
