Configuring Outlook 2010

Opening Outlook

In Windows, click the Start button, click All Programs, click Microsoft Office, then click Microsoft Outlook 2010.

Configuring Outlook

Before you can open and manage your calendar in Outlook, you will need to configure Outlook. Outlook should already be installed on computers built by SCS Computing Facilities; if Outlook is not installed on your computer, please contact the Help Desk. Users with SCS-configured Windows computers can use the following instructions to configure Outlook to access the Exchange server:

Finding your Calendar

Outlook may open directly to your calendar; if not, click on the calendar icon in the lower left hand of the Navigation Pane or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+2.
