Using Mathematica in SCS

A note on using Mathematica within SCS:

Mathematica must be run with the command "mathematica" the first time the application is used on a workstation without a pre-existing .Mathematica preferences directory. Specify a network license with the license server: mathicasrv.andrew.cmu.edu and continue. Now you may also use the MathKernel and math commands with the network license.
