Classroom & conference room audio/visual support

SCS Facilities provides support for resident audio/visual equipment in most SCS classrooms and conference rooms. Most issues can be resolved over the phone; more serious problems may require an on-site visit or a service call to Campus audio/visual support.

For other problems

Report damaged fixtures (electrical, plumbing, etc) or other problems with facilities to the Building Facilities Manager, Jim Skees (skees @ cs.cmu.edu).

Emergency phone numbers

For emergencies of any kind, police, medical, fire or safety, please call University Police at x-2323. For a fire emergency, pull the fire alarm, and then notify University Police.
