Hello, I'm Gunhee Kim. I am a visiting scientist at CSAIL MIT. I'm
jointly working with Antonio Torralba.
I will be a PhD Student of Computer Science Department at CMU from Fall 2009.
I recently completed my Masters at The Robotics Institute in the School of Computer Science
at Carnegie Mellon
University in May 2008. I was advised by Martial Hebert.
The other faculty member of my commitee was Christos
Faloutsos. I also had multiple internships at Honda Research
Institute Cambridge and Intel
Pittsburgh.
Before coming to CMU, I was a research scientist in Intelligent Robotics
Research Center at KIST
(the oldest national research Institute in Korea) for five years.
My research interests are computer vision, machine learning,
data mining, and robotics.
