Eric Westman wins the 2014 Robotics Institute Croquet Tournament

The final of the 2014 edition of the Annual Robotics Institute Croquet Tournament was held on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at the Robotics Institute Picnic, and Eric Westman was the winner. Siddharth Swaminathan came in second and Allen Hawkes was third. For more information, see the full tournament results.

Welcome to the 2014 edition of the Annual Robotics Institute Croquet Tournament. As usual, the tournament will be held during IC week, with the final match held during the RI Picnic. In addition to the glory and honor of becoming the RI croquet champion, the grand prize is a gift certificate to Amazon. The top few finishers also traditionally organize the tournament next year. Per recent tradition, second prize will be a quality cheese whose variety and provenance have yet to be determined.

First round games will be held at the beginning of the week, with semi-finals later in the week, and the final on Saturday. First round and semi-final games will take place on the lawn in front of Wean Hall. See the schedule below for more details. This schedule is still tentative; first round games may be held later in the week depending on the schedules of those interested in playing. Please sign up to play; a time and location for your first round game will be emailed to you.
