welcome

Welcome!

I'm a fourth year RoboGrad (Ph.D. student) at the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

My research interests are in planning for mobile robots to do interesting things (such as assembling structures) in real-world settings.

Here's a link to my official (boring and mostly empty) RI website.

Originally from Germany, I have been in the U.S. since 1998 for what was supposed to be a one-year exchange program in high school. Go figure.

When I'm not dealing with robots, I'm either rowing, experimenting in the kitchen, burning rubber in Kingsley or brewing my own beer.

So much about the bullet point version of this website. There's more on all this on these pages.

Enjoy!
