Team members spent the past week and our group meeting trying to
get a better handle on all phases of the inverse focusing
algorithm, especially the treatment of initial sequents in rule
generation and how parameter dependencies interact with
unification.  We think we have a pretty good understanding now of
what needs to be done, and so in the next week we are going to
begin the implementation in earnest.  This week Jason and Greg
already wrote some code for stabilization of sequents.
