Goals for next week or two:
X    Add proof terms to propositional prover.  (X means "done")
    Add first order features (quantifiers, parameters, etc).
    Start worrying about whether my combination of Dyckhoff with focussing is right!
    Find or write parser for FOF format from TPTP.
X    Figure out how to use CVS client.
