Bio

Before coming to Carnegie Mellon, I taught AP Computer Science and courses on algorithms, computer architecture, networking, compilers, etc., at The Harker School--an independent high school in San Jose, CA. I earned my CS degrees at MIT, where I also helped develop the Scratch programming environment at the MIT Media Lab. Along the way, I also worked as a software developer for 5 years in Silicon Valley.
