Plan on arriving at the tournament gym by 8:30am unless directed otherwise by your coach!


Things to bring to a tournament:

  • Tunes! (a CD or MP-3 player)
  • Snacks
    • Fruit (bananas, oranges, apples)
    • Snack Bars
    • Please, no chocolate/candy -- the sugar crash afterwards is very bad during play
  • Sports drinks or water bottles
  • Lunch! (sometimes lunch will be sold separately at the event)
  • Fresh socks/underwear/clothing to change into
  • Pillows/blankets/stuffed animals
