Sacred Heart Volleyball Red Concession Schedule

There are four families assigned to work each game and each family has roughly the same number of games to work. One has to do lines, one has to do the door, the other two work the concession stand.

The diocese has requested that we identify a security contact for each game. The referees will approach this person if they have any concerns regarding the conduct of the players or fans, or in case of injury to any players. The security contact will be responsible for asking the offending party to leave the gym, for calling the police to escort them out if they refuse, and for calling an ambulance if required for injuries. For Sacred Heart games, this will be the person working the front door. There is a phone in the coach's room (next to the boys' locker room) if needed.

The diocese has also requested that the gym be open to the opposing team 1 hour before the game. That means that the parents working the JV game should also arrive 1 hour before the game is to begin (5:30, or 1/2 hour before the girls are are supposed to arrive) to help set up the gym and collect admission. The parents working the varsity game should stay and help close down the gym including pushing back the bleachers and sweeping the floors.

If you are unable to work on your assigned game, you MUST make arrangements with another family to switch days. The money raised through these efforts allows us to keep our registration fees as low as possible.
