There are five families assigned to work each game. One has to do lines, one has to do the door, one is at the scorer's table and two work the concession stand.
The diocese has requested that the gym be open to the opposing team 1 hour before the game. That means that the parents working the JV game should also arrive 1 hour before the game is to begin (5:30, or 1/2 hour before the girls are are supposed to arrive) to help set up the gym and collect admission. The parents working the varsity game should stay and help close down the gym including pushing back the bleachers and sweeping the floors.
If you are unable to work on your assigned game, you MUST make arrangements with another family to switch days. The money raised through these efforts allows us to keep our registration fees as low as possible.
