paraselene (meteorol.) a "mock moon", a brighter spot on a lunar halo.
fogbow a rainbow formed by fog, appearing as a bright whitish arc.

gegenschein (astron.) a patch of light antipodal to the sun on the zodiacal sphere, formed by sunlight reflecting from interplanetary dust.
