    If you are using Netscape NavigatorTM 3.0 go to the Options menu, select Mail and News Preferences, and then Servers. Fill in the News (NNTP) Server info. You will, of course, have to     Choose a Server that carries the newsgroups you are interested in. You may have trouble finding a single server that carries them all.
