Personal Statement

I am committed that each person can read in the language of the culture
or community in which he or she lives, works and functions.
It is the obligation of every nation, every community, every family, every
workplace and every individual to see that each and every person can read.
It is a human right and an individual responsibility for everyone to pursue
their own literacy.
