I'm currently pursuing my PhD in computer science at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. The goal of my research is to improve the state of the art in compiler optimization. My focus is on backend (target-specific) optimizations such as register allocation and instruction selection.
I expect to complete my degree in Fall 2009 and am actively pursuing a career in academia. I am also interested in challenging industry positions in the Pittsburgh area that leverage my software development, system-building, and research skills.Curriculum Vitae Research Statement Teaching Statement
