I am a first year PhD student in the Computer Science Department at Carnegie Mellon University. I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Christos Faloutsos. I am interested in developing principled techniques to mine patterns and anomalies in large heterogenous graphs. My current research thrusts are two-fold: (1) detecting fraudulent entities in e-commerce and financial data; (2) developing models for attributed graphs.

Formerly, I graduated with honors in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. My undergraduate research supervisor was Prof. Sutanu Chakraborti.
