(Hybrid) Open House
February 28 & March 1, 2022
Congratulations on your acceptance to the PhD program in Computer Science! To help you decide on the best program for you, we invite you to join us for a (Hybrid) Open House. There is an even split between informational group events and one-on-one meetings with faculty and grad students. A customized schedule will be sent to you based on the research areas and interests that you fill out in our informational form that was emailed to you in February.
Please see the updated CSD PhD Handbook (2021-2022) , the listing of program requirements, and the Faculty Research Guide. An interactive map of CMU campus is here. The main buildings our events and meetings will be are the Gates Hillman Center for Computer Science (GHC), Newell-Simon Hall (NSH), Robert Mehrabian Collaborative Innovation Center (CIC), Wean Hall (Wean), and Smith Hall (Smith)
- Due to the global pandemic, Open House for 2022 will be held as a hybrid event. Good quality masks are required while indoors, except while eating.
