Welcome back everyone! To inaugurate the brand new school year, we're
having a TG this Friday, Sept 3rd from 5-7pm at NSH Atrium - courtesy
of your neighborhood friendly FreeCSD (the new social organization for
CSD).

As always, we'll have drinks and food. Come meet the new faces of our
school and say hi to all the old ones.

For those new to SCS, TG's are school-wide happy hours, generally held on
Friday afternoons. Please be sure bring your CMU ID and proof of age
(There will be a big buff bouncer at the entrance, so make sure you bring
your stuff!)

FAQ--->

Q: Who are you? What's this Dec/5, Inc.?
A: Dec/5 is the student organization for computer science. We're
responsible
for all sorts of cool things, like TGs, the coke machine in the
lounge, and the very fine Guide To Living in Pittsburgh. You can
learn (a little) more about us at www.cs.cmu.edu/~decfive/.

Q: So what the heck is a TG anyway?
A: A TG (short for TGIF, short for "Thank God It's Friday") is an
opportunity
to eat, drink, and be merry with your colleagues for a couple of hours on
a Friday (usually, anyway) afternoon. We provide light food and dark
beverages.
You make it fun.

Q: TGs are cool. How can I help?
A: Join the Dec/5 TG Squad. Just email us! (decfive@cs.cmu.edu)

Q: You've probably got a bunch of people already. You don't need me,
right? A: Au contraire! In accordance with the Dec/5 charter, members
are limited to
one year of service. That means we need -you- to replace the outgoing
members.

Q: Yo, the beverages suck. Can't you do any better?
A: Excellent question. Join Dec/5 and you can choose what -you- like!
