| This is the Island of Inis Mór, the largest of the three Aran Islands in County Galway, off the West Coast of Ireland. There are about 900 inhabitants on Inis Mór making it by far the most populated of the islands. The main village on the island is Kilronan, which has a quite large harbour. The best way to get around is by bike, as the island is only 8 miles long and 2 miles wide. Here farm territory and fiels are sectioned off over 1000 miles of stone walls. In the Eastern part of Ireland farm land bouncaries are marked with hedges. |
