Midterm guidelines
Material to be examined: From the textbook (R&G, edition
3):
- Chapters 1-5
- Chapters 8-14
Also, all the corresponding foils (01intro.pdf - 15RelOp.pdf, included)
Additional information:
- The exam questions will be very similar to the
exercises in the textbook and to the homework exercises.
- NEW: solutions to the odd-numbered exercises of the textbook, as announced in the 'blackboard', too
- No aids allowed (no books, no notes, no laptops; no cell/wifi connections) - only
- a calculator and
- 1 letter-size page (you may use both sides)
- Strongly recommended to bring a calculator
- Duration: 1 hour 20 minutes, in class, during class time, on
