For diner
The first evening, we dined in a Brazilian restaurant. We tasted (and tested) some crocodile (dip and fried).
It was OK since it didn't have the shape of the animal! It was quite like calamari and chicken mixed.
Le premier soir, nous avons dîné dans un restaurant brezilien. Nous avons gouté du crocodile en beignet.
Ça avait une texture et un goût situé entre le poulet et le calamar.
On the fourth, we decided to go to a French "brasserie". One hour after the fireworks, all the restaurants were full, but at 11 PM we were able to go where we wanted without queuing. For the story: we were supposed to eat junk food ! Finally it was : cuisses de canard confit, boudins au pommes, profiteroles, crême brulée, cognac...
Le 4 Juillet, nous avons decidé de manger français. Une heure aprés le feu d'artifice, tous les restaurants étaient plein, mais à 23 heures, il etait possible d'aller où l'on voulait sans faire la queue. Pour l'hitoire : nous étions supposés manger du fast food ! Finallement ce fut : cuisses de canard confit, boudins au pommes, profiteroles, crême brulée, cognac...
