The skimmer in operation

This photo shows the top half of what the skimmer looks like in operation. There is standing water inside the injection tube, above the Beckett's output flange and below the Beckett's air intake ports. This water exists because the Beckett sputters a little water out the air intake ports. This water is slowly recycled in and out of the air intake ports. I don't think it affects performance, but I can't back that up.
