Here is a closeup of the Beckett injector and the output flange I made
for it. The flange is an acrylic donut that is glued to the
removable black
plastic bit that comes with every Beckett injector. The outside of
the flange has a groove cut in it to take an O-ring. The O-ring
forms a watertight and airtight seal between the flange and the
wall of the injection tube.
I made the flange on a machinist lathe. I can't think of an easy way
to make this with household tools. I'm not convinced that it
does any good anyway.
