Pure, As-Written Text Travelogue:
Available in individual entries:
- The first entry covers our outbound travel, ~36 hours on the main Island of Tahiti (including hiking Faananu Valley) and arrival at Club Med, Bora Bora.
- The second entry details our first full day on Bora Bora.
- The third entry mentions our first day diving at Bora Bora, along with some tahitian fire dancing.
- The fourth entry describes the next two days, with highlights including diving, jetskiing, a coconut show, touring the island on a Land Rover and touring the island from a helicopter.
- The fifth entry covers the next three days, all of which included diving (along with the two only somewhat scary shark encounters we had). Also present: sunset and sunrise, shopping for pearls, and planning a climb up the mountain.
- The sixth entry includes one day of mountain climbing and dinner at Bloody Mary's, and another of snorkeling with stingrays and a whole-day boat excursion around the island.
- The seventh entry is a bit of return-travel drabble, with good advice on how to spend a 9 hour layover at LAX.
