Scavenger Hunt 2001
In keeping with ancient tradition, graduate school cannot get off to a successful start without some intrepid explorers combing the city to find and bring back the talismans of a successful graduate student.
Everyone will break up into teams, get free T-shirts, and be matched with a driver and photographer. Each team will be given a list of objectives which they must then locate and photograph, all the while avoiding the other teams (or alternately hunting them down to take sneak pictures of them).
All the film returned to Wean Hall 5409 by 7pm will be developed, and a secretive panel of judges will score the resulting photos for evidence of frivolity, good humor, and successful navigation of the 3 dimensional maze that passes for Pittsburgh's streets.
