[Bano] Fixed various bugs in wn_synonymy

[Bano] Converted mStageMatcher.pl into a module mStageMatcher.pm so
that it can be included in and run from inside other perl
programs. Created program "standAloneMatcher.pl" that uses
mStageMatcher.pm to replicate the input/output of the previous
mStageMatcher.pl program's, and also to show how to use the module
mStageMatcher.pm.
