Final Project Presentation

Prepare a presentation to give to the class during the finals week presentation slot.  Describe what you did in the project.  Show a graph of earned value growth over the entire project.  Talk about what went well, what went poorly, and what you would do differently next time.  What software engineering techniques were most useful, and which ones weren't?  Did your risk management anticipate the problems you saw, and how could it have been done better?

Talk about how you closed out the project and delivered the results to your client, and what feedback you got.  Give a demo or show some screenshots if possible and appropriate (it may not be feasible for all groups).  Each group should prepare a 20-25 minute presentation, leaving 5-10 minutes for questions.

Individual Reflection
