After opening eclipse go to file -> import
In the import window, under "General" select "Existing Projects into Workspace" and click next
Choose "Select archive file" and then enter the path to the .zip file that we provide you. Click finish
Go to file -> export
In the export window, under "General" select "Archive File"
Make sure that the checkbox next to the project name is checked. If it is not checked then that means that not all of your files will be exported - which is bad. Then, select a name and destination to save the file. Click finish.
