Graham Yennie -- Machine Learning in Production: A Collection of Lessons Learned from Deploying ML Across Industries

Abstract: In this topic, I will present some common themes and high level objects in designing and implementing large ML platforms and workflows. These workflows will include datasets and data ingestion, the train/evaluate cycle, deployment, and application development. In each step of the workflow, I will go over high level considerations and some possible solutions, including current frameworks and libraries that address said challenges.
