| Technology Consulting in the Global Community
(TCinGC) seeks to partner with governmental ministries or departments,
non-governmental organizations, or non-profit organizations who are
working toward local community development and are making the promise
of information and communication technologies (ICTs) a reality for
everyone.
The goal of TCinGC is to expand our development partner’s
capacity to use, plan for, and manage technology, administratively
and programmatically in their organization. We achieve this by training
and sending out student consultants to work with our partners for
10 week assignments.
TCinGC is built around five key values: partnership, appropriate
expertise, capacity building, expanding vision, and sustainability.
The TCinGC program is currently looking for enthusiastic
partners to collaborate
with and host student consultants in the late May through early August timeframe.
