Call for Submissions Call for Talks and Posters
If participants have already been involved in research we encourage you to present a poster and/or give a short talk. This is great experience for first timers!
The workshop will feature selected 10 minute talks in which students describe the results from a research project, such as a class final project, undergraduate independent work, or summer work experience. Prospective students presenters (talks and posters) are required to submit a one page extended abstract for review. Mentors Available
You may request a mentor to help you with your submission. This may be especially useful if English is not your first language, and/or if you are a first-time presenter. Mentors will answer your questions by email.
To request a mentor, you must first register for the workshop, then send email Important Dates:

Submissions

Extended abstracts will be reviewed by a committee of researchers based on the following criteria (reviewer decisions and feedback by Jan. 28th, 2011):
