At the hotel: On Thursday, Oct. 22nd, from 6.00pm onwards, you can meet other OurCS attendees and CMU graduate students in the hotel hospitality room.
Hotel: OurCS attendees will stay at the Wyndham below, except CMU and Pitt students who will stay in their usual accommodation.
We have rooms reserved (and paid) for you for 3 nights October 22nd, 23rd and 24th --unless you have special arrangements with us for additional nights. You do not have to do anything about accommodation. Roommates are already assigned.
Hotel Check in is Thursday October 22nd after 4.00pm
Transport from the hotel to Carnegie Mellon:

Hotel is a level 10-15 minutes walk from Carnegie Mellon.
Transport to and from airport:
You can also take a taxi ($60 one way) or a shuttle ($28 one way) from the airport
We do not have any special rates with airlines.

Laptops at OurCS:
We encourage you to bring your own laptop to the OurCS conference if at all possible. We will make it easy for you to register it and work wirelessly at CMU.
Please let us know if you do NOT plan on bringing a laptop.
