You are Invited to Attend a Special CNBC Taping Nov. 30

On Monday, November 30, you are invited to attend a free taping on campus of the CNBC special program, Meeting of the Minds. The program will feature leading manufacturing executives and CNBC host Maria Bartiromo. For free tickets to this show, go to cmutickets.cnbc.com to register.

The show will begin at 6:30 p.m. on November 30 in Wiegand Gym in the University Center. Audience members are asked to arrive at 4:45 p.m.

The program will be hosted by Ms. Bartiromo. Panelists include:

  • Jeff Immelt, Chairman & CEO, General Electric;
  • Hilda Solis, U.S. Secretary of Labor;
  • Bill Ford, Executive Chairman, Ford Motor Company;
  • John Engler, Former Governor, Michigan, and President, National Association of Manufacturers;
  • Dan DiMicco, Chairman, President & CEO, NuCor;
  • Leo Gerard, International President, United Steelworkers.

Their discussion will focus on many questions facing the manufacturing sector today, including: Are the manufacturing jobs in the U.S. gone forever? Does an economy that doesn't produce anything have any real value? Has 'Made in the USA' died?
