Todd Todd E. Rockoff, VP Global Sales, ODM Division, Everfocus Electronics Corporation

Todd Rockoff received a Ph.D. in computer science from Carnegie Mellon in 1994, where he was advised by Allan Fisher on a thesis about chip-based parallel computer architecture. Having entered CMU in 1985, Todd completed his dissertation in absentia at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia in 1991, where he worked from 1991-1994.

Todd taught computer science at Flinders from 1993 to 1995, and then returned to the U.S. to join Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in San Jose, CA in 1995 as an ASIC designer. At Advantest from 1996 to 1998, Todd designed testers and helped market them to chip makers. In 1998 Todd founded and was CEO of Intensys, a Silicon Valley start-up that commercialized image processing chips based on his thesis work, through 2001. Todd subsequently served as Director of Sales at Foveon, a fabless image sensor manufacturer, where he created customer and companion component relationships worldwide. In 2004 Todd joined Pixim, a maker of chip sets for high dynamic range video surveillance cameras. Over four years, Todd drove the adoption of a radial innovation by more than 60 surveillance camera makers throughout Asia. In 2008, Todd assumed the position of VP Global Sales for the ODM Division of EverFocus, a manufacturer of customized surveillance equipment for worldwide market leaders.
