Jonathan Goldick, B.S. '88 (Physics), M.S.'89 (ECE)
       


JonathanJonathan Goldick, Chief Architect, ONStor, Inc.

Jonathan Goldick has been working in the areas of distributed file systems and storage for over 15 years. He started his career working for the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center at Carnegie Mellon, where he published several papers on high performance distributed storage systems. Jonathan then went to work for Transarc, later acquired by IBM, as Chief NT Architect. After leaving IBM, Jonathan joined the Windows file systems group at Microsoft and worked on their next generation storage platform. In recent years Jonathan has done architecture work for a number of Silicon Valley startups and is currently the Chief Architect of ONStor, Inc.

Jonathan received his B.S. in Physics and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon. He is currently the President of the Bay Area Alumni Association.
