Flow My Tears, The Policeman Said

by Philip K. Dick

Review by Bob Wright

Flow My Tears, The Policeman Said by Philip K. Dick is the best novel I have read this summer. It's also one of the best novels I've ever read. This tops all of the PKD I've read so far. The premise is typical, for Dick: a man who is a TV personality finds himself in a world where he doesn't exist. He finds out he may just be part of someone's drug-induced, escapist delusions. Weird. Strange and haunting and a real brain twister. No room for the sleepy in this one. Dick, like many SF authors, isn't to everyone's tastes, but if you like his work you'll like this one.
