Applications are invited for tenure-track appointments at the Assistant,
Associate and Full Professor levels. Applications for non-tenure track and
Instructor positions will also be considered.  An earned PhD in computer
science, computer engineering, or a closely related field, is required (MS
for Instructors), with evidence of scholarship in the field.   Senior
applicants should have a distinguished record in research and teaching.
While there is interest in candidates with experience in networking,
multimedia, virtual environments, databases, parallel processing and
software engineering, all high quality applicants will be considered.
        The Department has 20 faculty members, 460 undergraduates, and 140
graduate
students; and offers BS, MS, and PhD programs in Computer Science and
Computer Engineering.  It is housed in a new building with excellent
laboratories.
        Applications should include rank sought, a vita, a statement of research
and teaching interests, copies of three publications, documentation of
teaching ability, and names of 3-5 references who are sending
