	   Faculty Position in Computer Networks 
           Distributed Systems, Computer Architecture, System Software 

          Applications are invited for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate
          Professor position beginning Fall 97 or Spring 98. Ph.D. in Computer
          Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field, with
          expertise in Computer Networks, Distributed Systems, Computer
          Architecture, System Software required. Applicants must have
          completed the Ph.D. by the appointment date. Evidence of scholarly
          potential, strong commitment to teaching at both the undergraduate
          and graduate levels, ability to relate theory to practice, effective oral
          and written communication skills, and ability to work with a diverse
          student population are essential. Applicants expected to teach a wide
