   I was about to compose the letter regarding cmuOUT's discrimation in
a crowded public cluster under my account when Declan McCullagh asked to
borrow the computer for a second.  Apparently he checked his mail, and
then neglected to log out.  After he left, I continued composing the
letter, not realizing what he had done. 
    I am quite upset that the mail did not go out in my name.
